This page explains how to delete your Infinite Training account and what happens to your data. It applies to the Infinite Training mobile and web app.
The fastest way to delete your account is directly in the app:
If you can no longer sign in, email infinitetraining101@gmail.com from the email address on your account, with the subject line “Account Deletion Request.” We verify ownership and process the request within 30 days.
Deleting your account permanently removes:
Your chat messages and any posts are anonymized (your name is removed).
Payment and booking records (camp/training registrations and payment plans) are retained with your personal details removed — we keep them only as required for accounting, tax, and legal purposes (typically up to 7 years), after which they are deleted. We do this because they are tied to real financial transactions.
