We collect information you provide when registering (name, email, phone number, role), payment information processed by Stripe, profile photos you upload, messages sent within the app, and usage data such as event RSVPs and booking history.
We use your information to: operate and improve the app; process payments; send notifications about events, payments, and messages (based on your preferences); link player and parent accounts within the same family; and respond to support inquiries.
We collect limited personal data from players who may be minors, including name, jersey number, and position. This data is only accessible to other members of the same team and to staff. Parents can view and manage their linked child's information. For camps and training, a parent may also enter information about a child who does not have their own account (name, age, grade, school, emergency contact) in order to book on that child's behalf — this information is provided and controlled by the parent's account, and the parent can delete it at any time. We do not sell or share minors' data with third parties.
We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with: Firebase (Google) for authentication, database, and file storage; Stripe for payment processing; and Railway for backend payment processing. These providers have their own privacy policies.
Your account data is retained as long as your account is active. You can permanently delete your account at any time in Settings → Delete Account; this removes your profile, photo, family links, and team data. Payment and booking records are retained with your personal details removed, as required for accounting and legal purposes. You may also request deletion by emailing infinitetraining101@gmail.com. We use industry-standard security practices including Firebase Authentication and encrypted data transmission. No system is 100% secure; use a strong unique password and notify us of any suspected breach.
If you enable browser or push notifications, we may send alerts for new events, payments, and messages. You can disable these at any time in Settings.
You may access or correct your personal information by updating your profile in Settings, delete your account in Settings → Delete Account, or contact us at infinitetraining101@gmail.com for any privacy request.
